Observers

Supporting referee development at Referee Abroad tournaments

Referee observers play an important role at Referee Abroad events. They provide our young up-and-coming referees feedback and support in order to become better match officials. Every year welcome referee observers and assessors at all our “experiences” and “elite events”, which are tournaments particularly focused on referee development.

If you are a qualified referee observer or coach and you’d like to experience yourself a tournament abroad, why not consider joining our assessors groups at one of the tournaments below? You’ll live a great international experience while, at the same time, provide invaluable support to the careers of many promising referees from all around the world.

In 2023 we hope to welcome up to 90 referee assessors at our tournaments. Join us today!
