Keeping fit amidst coronavirus lockdown

Keeping fit amidst coronavirus lockdown

As most of us feel the restrictions imposed by local authorities, which often include lockdown at home, it’s extremely important to keep active.

As referees we are used to regularly training and officiating in the open air – but staying fit can also be achieved at home, even if it means changing our habits somewhat!

Referee Abroad has put together a guide with four days of mini circuits to be carried out, ideally, every week – and they can be done at home or in your backyard.

Remember to keep safe and take all necessary precautions. And if you’re still refereeing, you can take a look at our dedicated article.
